I told myself I would never make another doily that you had to make a lot of stitches around a chain. It isn't hard to do but it is a pain.
I also said I wouldn't make another doily that had a lot of flowers, leaves, etc.
Well, guess what? I broke both promises on one doily! The one I am making now has both. I'm almost finished but keep procrastinating because there is 21 leaves around the edge.

I think most of us crocheters fib a little bit. I know I always say I'm not going to add to my stash and then there is a great sale somewhere and I cave in and buy more. Another one for me is to make slippers, dishcloths and afghans from new patterns when I have a few that I am hooked on and make over and over. I really need to do this one because I think people are getting bored seeing the same things over and over. I'm looking forward to seeing your doily. Take care...
I keep adding to my stash also. :-)
